Just the best cheese store of the district.
The comté and different brie( truffle and hazelnut) are really amazing.
A great selection of cheeses. Friendly staff who are just making sure you select the best choice according to your needs and tastes.
If you walk around the corner make sure to pay a visit. Bring a nice bread, and just enjoy.
The gentleman from the service as if he wanted to talk to us and tell us about cheeses, but when he heard a different language, he didn't even try. ok I understand it 😊 I translated a few names but there are so many that I chose the cheeses simply by their appearance ... we hit the nail on the head, they are delicious, I haven't eaten better and I live in the Netherlands 🙈. I recommend with all my heart ❤️ cheeses are worth the price.
More expensive than other cheese mongers in town but you will certainly get a perfectly aged cheese. They kindly vacuum packed some of our purchases to take home. While they will advise you against NOT flying with a soft cheese in your carry on we had no problem at security with ours...a beautiful store..
This is the most amazing cheese store that I have ever experienced. They was honored as the best Fromagerie in France in 2000. We had the pleasure of tasting several of their specialty cheeses and all were outstanding.
We were taught to pair Roquefort and Sauterne which I would never had thought of. Absolutely delicious.
Lovely small shop with great cheeses. I especially enjoy the chèvres they have in oil and various toppings (pimentée is my favorite). They are all very nice and speak some English if you are having issues. Easier if you know French terms for cheese but there was an American when I was there and she had great service in English. You can also get special cooler bags if traveling far.
One of my favorite places to visit in Paris! Small cheese store with nice staff and very patient with people who have a hard time holding between 100+ cheeses. We’ve come here each time we go to Pars and will certainly go again!
Most amazing cheese I have ever had. Must visit! The smell you smell as you enter the shop tells you that this place is legit.
The quality of cheese is very high. Almost all the staff speak very good English. You cannot buy small cut of brie or camanber. Sometimes their recommendation does not suit what we need. Their goat cheese has lots of varieties. Special dessert cheeses seem to be favored by French people.
